Don’t Miss Our Talent Show, February 28
Don’t miss the Chatham Park Talent Show on Sunday, February 28, at 1 p.m. in the Haverford High School auditorium (200 Mill Road).
This extravaganza of elementary enthusiasm will feature singing, dancing, gymnastics, hip hop, instrumental solos and ensembles – even experts in karate, the hula hoop and pogo stick.
Admission is free; a bake sale will be held during intermission.

Traffic Troubles on Agenda for Wednesday’s HASA Meeting
Please join us for the February 3rd meeting of the Home & School Association. Discussion of traffic problems will be first on the agenda. Commissioner Chris Connell will discuss possible traffic control measures. Other topics:

- Event and fund-raising issues
- Upcoming HASA events
- Use of HASA email lists
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the Chatham Park library.

BINGO Night Set for February 19
Chatham Park’s Annual Family BINGO Night is set for Friday, February 19, from 6-8 p.m. in the cafeteria. Please note that this is a change from the date announced in the Bulldog Browser.
Admission is a $5 prize per child – a gift, gift card or cash.
Refreshments will be sold.

Keep Clipping Those Labels
All those labels and box tops you have sent in have brought more than $300 to our organization. So keep clipping Labels for Education from Campbell’s foods and Boxtops for Education from General Mills products and bring them in to school.
Try hanging an envelope or zip-top bag on your fridge or bulletin board to keep the “clippings.” When it’s full, send it into school. A collection bin – that looks like a supersized can of Campbell’s soup – is in the main hallway, just beyond the office.
Labels from soup, pasta sauce, bread, cereal, frozen foods, paper products, baby items, plastic bags, and even caps from V8 beverages can earn money for our school.

Wednesday Deadline for Science Fair Registration
Wednesday, January 20, is the registration deadline for Chatham Park’s Grade 4 & 5 Science Fair. Project proposals must be turned in to your homeroom teacher on Wednesday morning.
All Chatham Park 4th and 5th grade students are invited to enter the 9th Annual Science Fair, which will be held on Friday, March 12 from 7-9 p.m. Project guidelines, suggestions, and a registration form are available in the Downloads section of chathamparkfamilies.org.

Chatham’s 4th-grade Service Club is hosting a bake sale on Friday, January 15, from 3:30 – 4 p.m. All items will be $.50.

Monday Deadline for Science Fair T-Shirt Design Contest
Final call for DESIGN ENTRIES for the Chatham Park Science Fair T-Shirt Design Contest. All entries must be received by Ms. Cohan by Morning morning, January 11, at the latest.
One design will be chosen for this year’s Science Fair T-Shirts. Students may submit more than one design, but each design must be on a separate piece of paper.
